If you’ve landed on this blog, you’ll already be experiencing a website that looks and feels very different to how it did just a month ago.

Behind the scenes, the SU Communications team and external web designer pro Harry Vann have been working closely together on a major website transformation. We’re absolutely thrilled with the result - but most importantly, we hope students love it too.

 

If you’re a student, chances are you visit our website to check out upcoming events, read the latest news (wink wink), or explore the variety of sports clubs and societies you can join. You’ll also use the site during key moments in the SU calendar, such as voting in the SU Elections or nominating someone for an SU Award. This is where the new website really shines.

 

If you’re not a student, you might simply be curious about what the transformation means for Wrexham Students’ Union. Following our rebrand in 2024, updating the website was a crucial piece of the puzzle. And we’re not stopping there - Wrexham SU continues to grow, with the team already working on our next strategy, launching in 2026. Watch this space!
