The Students’ Union have been awarded Excellent for Green Impact Students’ Union 2020-21 this month.

Green Impact Students’ Unions (GISU) is geared towards equipping students with the resources needed to create lasting change across campus, university and beyond. Click here to learn more.

WGSU have been working hard this past year on campaigns and initiatives that ultimately aim to support the environment through more sustainable means. An example of this is the development of the communal garden which saw the union take co responsibility for the maintainance of the garden and also investment in some gorgeous new greenery!
