It's a very exciting time at Wrexham Glyndŵr Students' Union as the team have introduced two new members of staff to the SU family. Carrie started her role in May and loves the variety of work;

'Hello, my name is Carrie Bennett and I am the new Membership Project Coordinator at WGSU. This exciting new role encompasses a variety of tasks that include, but are not limited to, Student Voice, the Student Advice Centre and Student Opportunities. It's a supporting role for the organization and no two days are ever the same, which attracted me to the role!'.

With the new academic year looming and the Freshers' Fair to be arranged, the team are feeling energized as they plan for the months ahead. The team is also looking forward to welcoming Kate Little who will step in as WGSU CEO in August this year. Elissa Griffiths, Digital Communications Coordinator said;

'There have been many changes here, and we have responded to the change by staying positive, working together, and keeping students at the heart of what we do. I'm very excited to be working here at such a significant time'.
