Our teams represent Wrexham University in the British Universities and Colleges Sports (BUCS) Northern league and cup competitions.

Competitive fixtures take place across the region on Wednesdays from October through March.

 

BUCS is the national governing body (NGB) for Higher Education sport in the UK. They deliver over 50 sports to almost 170 member institutions, devising a busy league programme of over 4800 teams and over 100 championships events every year. Sports include everything from basketball to ultimate frisbee!

 

WSU is an affiliated member of BUCS, which allows our teams to compete against other university teams across the region; from Bangor to Keele and Chester to Lancaster!

Members of Tîm Wrecsam must use the BUCS Play app while participating in affiliated teams.
