Complaints

The SU Advice Centre can help with complaints against the University, not the SU itself.

What is a Complaint?

An expression of dissatisfaction about University actions, lack of action, or service quality.

Step 1 

Try resolving informally with your programme team or department.

Step 2 

If not possible, submit to complaints@wrexham.ac.uk. The University Quality Manager will decide the stage:

  1. Early Resolution: Local solution facilitated by Quality Manager.
  2. Formal Stage (Investigation): Senior staff investigate, may meet you and others.
  3. Deadline: Submit within 40 working days of the event or action.

Step 3: Evidence

Include supporting documents or records of attempts to resolve informally.
