Hours of work:  Full Time (35 hours per week)

Reporting to: Head of Membership Services

Responsible For: Supporting the  Membership Services areas (Activities, Democracy, Advice and Representation) .

Place of work: Wrexham Students’ Union, Plas Coch Campus, Wrexham, LL11 2AW

Salary: £25,433

Length of contract: Full Time, Permanent

Purpose of the Role

The Membership Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting key activities and day-to-day support within the areas of Advice, Democracy, Student Voice and Student Opportunities, providing organisational, logistical and administrative support.

This is an active role in a busy student-facing department. The candidate will have experience in working well under pressure and be able to adapt to fast changing situations, particularly when having to step in for absent members of staff where required.

The successful candidate will focus on the delivery of student activities, working with the Head of Membership Services to deliver on the organisation’s Strategy and Vision.

This role also involves significant partnership working with other departments in the Students’ Union, our full-time and part-time officers, university departments, other Students’ Unions and other external organisations.

Attention to detail, flexibility and good project management will also be key as the role requires the successful candidate to be able to adapt to the needs of the Membership Services department as and when required.
