Join the Speech and Language Therapy Society on December 6th for a fun filled evening of sipping and signing! Get into the @makaton festive spirit while enjoying some festive spirits 🍾💛
 

*BYOB - Wine and Sign is just our attempt at some fun word play- anyone interested is of course welcome to join with whatever snacks and beverages they want to enjoy a fun evening of learning Makaton!

 

 

The focus of the event will be to introduce Christmas-related vocabulary and seasonal phrases using Makaton, which will provide participants with a fun and educational experience in accessible communication.

 

We believe that this event will be a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the season, while also equipping attendees with valuable skills that can support a more inclusive environment both on and off campus.
