Covid 19 effect on students. The government needs to be reminded that there is a group of people - students, who rely on casual work throughout the year to help keep them afloat, who have slipped through the net when it comes to financial support. These students will no longer be able to afford to feed themselves and keep a roof over their heads, never mind being able to finish their courses. Even with the full student loans and grants, this is not enough to keep them safe. This particularly applies to health care students (not final year) who will be expected to join the workforce when they qualify yo fight the pandemic
Please can you help raise this issue with the government- at least so that they can have some support and relief from  their accommodation / rent/ general living costs for a few months. Otherwise, this country is going to be responsible for seriously failing these students.
