Wrexham Uni's Ki Aikido Club have arranged A FREE TASTER SESSION in the Catrin Finch Auditorium on 10th of October!!
All experience levels are welcome, so don't worry if you've never tried martial arts before.

Come prepared!

• Be sure to bring water.
• Short sleeves are best, feel free to wear a track suit or your own Gi (if you have one).
• Avoid wearing jewellery and clothing with zips.
• You will be barefoot during the activities, so please make sure your feet (and hands) are clean! You may want to trim your nails, too.
