After I have been speaking to other students. They have said they don't know much about student union and what they do. They have suggested that people that work for the student union coming in to more classes to explain what there jobs are and what they actually do for a more understanding.

At the welcome lecture I had when I started at uni the union president and vice president had done a presentation about the union and what is for. I would suggest that people follow the unions Facebook page and pop into the union to have a chat with anyone there about what the union can offer students. It might be disruptive to discuss this during class and instead if people were interested they could pop into the union building, it isn't that hard to find.

But If I don't know what the Union is for, why would I do that?
