Student role: Student Volunteer

What is the role?

Wrexham University puts the student voice at the heart of our processes, procedures and programmes by seeking volunteers from across the student body to take part in governance committee meetings and programme validation events. Students volunteering their time to represent their peers in these meetings and events are awarded an additional module on their transcript crediting them with contributing to quality assurance and enhancement at the University. This module can be used as evidence of extracurricular engagement in future career and education applications.

Volunteers can work as student representatives in committee meetings, validation events, or both.
